Subsequently, our proficient in-house design team meticulously utilizes the sketch data to make a comprehensive distribution layout design that incorporates precisely selected piping sizes and fittings. Before commencing the project, it is imperative that this final drawing undergoes a crucial approval process from the client, ensuring alignment with their specifications and requirements. The installation process includes cutting and assembling the pipes, along with fittings and valves, to connect the compressor room to process applications. Testing is conducted to ensure system integrity, and finally, comprehensive documentation is prepared for project handover. Global Cynax follows these steps meticulously, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of the aluminium piping system for compressed air distribution in the factory.
